What to expect:
Observation tours during the months of January through March.
In comparison to the Oslob area, where you can see about 15 whale sharks at the same time, the gentle giants of Donsol are more scattered across the surface and less visible. However, they do tend to arrive in larger groups between the months of January and March. During these months, you may have the chance to be the sandwich between two massive whale sharks as you scan the ocean in the Donsol area.
